We want you to be 100% satisfied with your selection here at Homzi. We are happy to accept returns without charging a restocking fee, with the following terms and conditions:
- Request must be within 30 days of receipt of order
- Must be in original box, must have all parts and accessories, no markings or writing on boxes
- Must not have been installed, no cutting or clipped wires for lighting
- No returns on large quantity orders (8 pieces and above)
- No returns on custom made-to-order products
- No returns on project quotes
- No returns on clearance merchandise
- No returns on accessories (down rods, lampshades, mounting hardware, fan blades)
- We cannot be held responsible for installation costs or any other labor costs
- All returns must have an RGA number, which will be issued by our support team.
Refunds will be issued within three days of receiving merchandise.
What if my item is damaged?
If your item gets damaged in transit, please take pictures of the product and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work to resolve the issue with the carrier, and you can call 1-877-424-6631 for assistance.
