Returns & Replacements

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your selection here at Homzi. We are happy to accept returns without charging a restocking fee, with the following terms and conditions:

  • Request must be within 30 days of receipt of order to support@homzi.com
  • All returns must have an RGA number, which will be issued by our support team.
  • Must be in original box, must have all parts and accessories, no markings or writing on boxes
  • We cannot be held responsible for installation costs or any other labor costs

    We cannot accept returns of: 

    • Items that have been installed. No cutting or clipped wires for lighting.
    • Large quantity orders (8 pieces and above)
    • Custom made-to-order products
    • Project quotes
    • Clearance merchandise
    • Accessories (down rods, lampshades, mounting hardware, fan blades)
    • Gift cards

    Refunds will be issued within three days of receiving merchandise.

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

    What if my item is damaged?

    If your item gets damaged in transit, please take pictures of the product and send them to support@homzi.com. We will work to resolve the issue with the carrier, and you can call 1-877-424-6631 for assistance.

    How do I cancel or return my order?
